Mid-century studio ceramic vase with a sculptural form and rich textured glaze.

The vase features a rounded body with a narrow cylindrical neck and a small loop handle. The surface is decorated with a striking combination of glazes: a mottled black and white “lava” or “fat lava” effect on the upper section, transitioning into warm yellow and green tones with raised abstract patterns around the body.

The tactile decoration and contrasting glaze layers give the piece a bold, artistic expression typical of 1960s–70s European studio pottery of German origin.
